→ Large energy efficient windows allowing significant amounts of natural light in. Coffered ceilings are featured that are ideal for creating the illusion of space to a room as well as introducing texture and architectural elements.

2. Entertainment
→ Everyone LOVES to entertain! Where? The Kitchen! Our Kitchen in 9 Larratt features a LAMINAM Counter Top. Unlike Engineered Stone/Quartz, Granite and Marble… Laminam can be cleaned with any cleaning product without damaging the surface, place hot objects directly on top of the surface, scratch resistant, stain resistant, UV resistant and never requires sealing.

Posted by on Mar 21, 2017 in Blog | Comments Off on How To ROCK Your Selection Process in the Krest Homes Design Lounge

Step 1: Meet & Greet with your New Home Specialist in our in-house Design Lounge. The design lounge will set the tone for a customized, relaxed and enjoyable selection process. At Krest, we strive to guide you in your home journey to ensure a stress-free building experience.

Step 2: Architectural Controls, select your exterior colours.

Step 3: A step by step Design Guide will be provided to you.

Helpful Hints:

–> Plan and call ahead! Allow enough time for your selections to be ordered and installed. We recommend that you make your appointments to visit these selection centers within two weeks of your initial Design meeting.

*** Don’t rush yourself! Making your selections is a very important part of building your new home; after all you’ll be living with your new choices for a long time. Allow 1 – 2 hours for each of your appointments at the design centers.

–> Don’t be distracted! Due to the importance of selections and the length of your appointment, we recommend that you do not bring children.

*** Bring your ideas! A good place to start is with pictures and articles in home décor magazines or online. Plus, you may have colours, flooring, or fabric samples that you want to bring with you.

–> Have fun! The qualified staffs at the design centers are experts at helping guide homebuyers through all the design selections.

Why choose a Krest Homes ENERGY STAR home over Re-Sale?

Energy Savings

Every Energy Star home is built for energy savings, which makes your home more energy efficient and more comfortable to live in.

Energy Star compliant homes built to the Energy Star for New Homes Standard are on average 20 percent more energy efficient than those built to the previous minimal building code. This translates into less energy needed to operate your home and savings on your utility bills.

The energy efficiency measures can improve your living environment by providing better protection against cold, heat, noise, and drafts.
